What You'll Get to Do:
Join CACI in Support of the U.S. Army Chief Information Office (CIO)/G-6 to lead the Army's Service Management Framework and its implementation of the Defense Service Management Framework.
More About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Provide support to the CIO-G6 services branch in developing the C4IM services list in conjunction with Army CYBER Command and Army Network Command.
Possess and maintain analytical and technical skills necessary to review data sets, conduct analysis, and propose solutions, via deliverables, that contribute to the CIO G6 strategy.
Provide SME input as to deliverables, meetings, and various responses to queries from senior leadership, DA staff, and Army stakeholders.
Provide recommendations for revisions to the C4IM services list and the Army's Service Management Framework to better implement the Department of Defense's new service management framework.
Provide assistance for staff coordination, planning support, technical analysis, solution/policy development, and independentassessment/analysis of Army initiatives and other collaborative efforts.
Provide input on tasks and initiatives and coordinate with Army and Department of Defense Staff as necessary.
Gather, develop, share, and effectively use knowledge for assigned functional areas in support of division activities.
Maintain functional area content, records, and disseminate Network Services and Infrastructure Division information and documentation.
Serve as SMEs supporting Government initiatives as they relate to service management.
Develop, maintain, and use key points of contact across the Army in order to support HQDA CIO/G-6 AOI in dissemination, tracking and coordination of Staff Actions, contact lists and daily operations as required.
Coordinate data calls with other DOD activities to include DISA and other army units to develop senior level briefings on ITSM and C4IM initiatives.
Provide support to activities that include implementation of capability sets, establishment of initiatives, oversight of IT requirements determinations and evaluations, and development of Army wide strategies.
Provide support to Army processes, assist and coordinate with government leads regarding identification of requirements, development of capabilities leveraging existing technologies and/or programs.
Develop draft documentation needed to establish Army-wide initiatives, and assist in development or revision of existing policies, technical guidance documentation, and architecture artifacts.
Develop, review, and assist with compliance of applicable DoD and Army policies as it relates to ITSM.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance
Five to Seven years of related work experience
Head Quarters Department of the Army Experience or equivalent experience
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Able to translate technical information to a non-technical audience
Prior experience briefing to a Director level or higher audience
Knowledge of the cloud computing environment
