    Job Description

    Description:Candidate will be the principle subject matter expert responsible for supporting the J7 QT instructors by coordinating with the Systems Center to bring up EWS's in a non-real environment, logging-in, and loading exercises. Continually meet the customer's requirements and tasks; when given the exercise scenario objectives be able to build the requested scenario script/timeline meeting instructor deadline. Supports QT instructors for updating exercise scenarios summaries of all cataloged scenarios. Allows the trainers to view a quick summary of all the contents of each scenario. Coordinate with J3 Simulation Cell personal ensuring the changes to exercise scripts made continue to match all scripts for the QT instructors. Make changes and corrections accordingly. Work with Readiness and Sustainment (R&S) to update old Amazon Arizona exercises to make them more realistic. Supports Readiness and Sustainment branch by training new members in the art of building ITW/AA exercises. Generate IRs (incident reports) to identify, document, and track system issues and anomalies. Alternate equipment manager. Inventory IT equipment keep records for inspection and turn in non-serviceable equipment to DRMO. Alternate SRVO, updating STE Key, training, and keep records for inspection.

    Basic Qualifications:
    This position requires Top Secret/SCI to start.

    Qualified candidate must have domain experience for Air, Missile, and Space missions. Must have knowledge on how simulations media is programmed into the mission domains. Must have the ability to capture real-world events for training and scenario development. Must understand the planning required for NORAD and USNORTHCOM Command Center participation in Joint/Combined Command level exercises, executing simulation media and exercise scenario development, supporting the planning, preparation, execution and assessment of Joint training requirements for operational crews across six operational domains (i.e., Air Domain, Missile and Space Domain, Command Domain, Cyber Domain, Maritime Domain, Land Domain), and providing training and documentation materials in support of the N2C2 Qualification Training.

    Position is located at CMAFS with occasional on-site support at PAFB and Lockheed Martin. Standard work week is Monday through Friday. Must be willing to work in a mixed (Government and contractor) crew environment and adhere to a critical schedule. Consistently working to improve the way training is conducted and supported. Continually working/collaborating with J75 Modeling & Simulation personnel, supporting new software releases to help with building of exercises and updating of scenarios.
    Candidate must meet minimum certification requirement for DoD Directive 8570, "Information Assurance Training, Certification, and Workforce Management". This position requires a minimum certification associated with IAT Level I, which may be met with A+, Network+, Security+ or higher. Candidate must possess a qualifying 8570 certification within 3 months of hire date. Initial certification expenses will not be covered by the program.
    Desired Skills:
    Experience with the Air Warning Warfare Simulator (AWSIM) and XGEN are desired. Experience cloning and reimaging a Windows and Solaris server is a plus. Experience with ITW/AA system display features, maps, and overlays are a plus. Experience providing data forensics for Command Level event investigations is a plus.
