    Job Description

    Description:Responsible for the program management of multiple industrial participation projects in support of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) THAAD Localization requirements. Responsible for delegated program oversight throughout project development, valuation, approval, and execution to enable achievement of overall KSA THAAD and LM localization objectives.

    Supports the THAAD Localization Senior Program Manager as a primary interface with multiple US and International government / industry partners. Leads planning and coordination of localization projects with THAAD technical, engineering, and functional staffs in Huntsville, Dallas, and Sunnyvale. Conducts regularly scheduled coordination and communications with LM MFC localization/ industrial participation team, LM International, LM Saudi Arabia, and other LM business areas. Develops positive customer relationships with Saudi Government organizations such as General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI), Royal Saudi Air Defense Force (RSADF) and manages collective execution to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.

    Provides oversight on export control compliance throughout the submission, approval and implementation of export licensing including, but not limited to, Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA) and Manufacturing License Agreements (MLA).
    Basic Qualifications:
    Experienced leader with a minimum of 2-7 years of program management experience.

    Effective communicator, comfortable with interacting and influencing at senior levels of company and with customer leadership.

    Demonstrated Full-Spectrum leadership practices.

    Ability to interface with functional teams to develop solutions to complex issues.

    Strong oral and written communication skills - formal presentation skills

    Risk Management - experienced in risk mitigation and opportunity development. Understands the value of identifying and managing programs risks.

    Earned Value Management - Understands standard metrics (Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), To Complete Performance Index (TCPI), cost & schedule variances, Management Reserve (MR), etc.)

    Strong business acumen, including negotiation and conflict management skills.

    Ability to lead, coach, train and manage internal and external team members.

    Ability to rapid assimilate and fully understand KSA Vision 2030 goals and objectives and LM MFC THAAD strategies / projects for meeting Vision 2030 goals / objectives.

    Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
    Desired Skills:
    International business or military experience.

    Experience working with offset / industrial participation projects or knowledge of offset approaches from previous programs or countries.

    Business development skills.

    Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) experience.

    Knowledge of THAAD Program systems, processes, and personnel.

    Familiarization with International Trade Compliance, Export Control, and Licensing.

    Experience leading cross-functional teams.

    Analytical thinker with a demonstrated ability of solving complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.

    Strong organizational skills.
