Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Budget and Logistics Administrative Support Analyst in the Alexandria, VA area. The Individual will serve as the POM Budget Data Manager supporting USG personnel in updating and maintaining a database containing POM budget data and other media. Must possess sufficient POM budget management and database expertise to update and maintain the POM database by performing the day-to-day tasks of data entry and quality control.
Individual will be responsible for maintaining and updating the internal POM audit trail.
Performs lead analysis of budget performance and makes recommendations to achieve obligation rates within established thresholds.
Individual will be responsible for entering all budget data into the POM database through the use of approved quality control measures in order to ensure the accuracy of the resulting POM database.
Individual will interact with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure relevant data to both the POM database and POM audit trail are inputted in a timely manner.
Individual will interact with external organizations to ensure that customer's budget data transferred externally is accurate and relevant.
Individual will interact with internal SMEs to ensure relevant data to the Budget Estimate Submission (BES) are inputted in a timely manner.
Performs budget formulation work involving preparation of detailed analyses and estimate of annual funding needs for assigned programs.
Compiles, maintains and analyzes database information systems to prepare and present data pertaining to budget status/execution and financial status reporting as needed.
Assist with the preparation and submission of Military Inter-Departmental Purchase Request (MIPRs) that support organizational activities.
Conduct monthly reconciliations with internal and external departments to ensure appropriate funding is in place, initiate requests for additional funding disbursements or de-obligations.
Assist internal customers with formulation, preparation, and submission of purchase requests to outside supporting organizations.
Identifies, analyzes and prepares documents for Unfunded Requirements (UFRs), as required.
Assist with the management of daily administrative functions.
Collect, manage, and produce data briefings to supported Customer personnel.
Must be familiar with Army Supply/Logistics policies, procedures, and regulations.
Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs
POM budget management and database expertise
Familiar with Army Supply/Logistics policies, procedures, and regulations.
Experience in SOF
Experience working in a classified environment
Active TS Clearance eligible for access to SCI
