    *** Primary Care Office. Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5pm. No weekends and closed on all major holidays. Office Location: 1460 W. Valencia Rd, Tucson, AZ***

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Greet patients and answer incoming patient calls
    • Coordinate patient flow
    • Assist patients with intake or admitting processes
    • Collect co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles

    Required Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • 1 + years of related work experience, including data entry
    • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Graduate from an Accredited Medical Assistant program
    • 1 + years of experience in a medical office setting
    • ICD 9 or 10 and CPT coding experience
    • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
    • Ability to read and interpret office forms and insurance cards and understand referrals
