    Job Summary

    Process tuition, loan and miscellaneous billing payments. Prepare bills etc., to be mailed; Answering phones; Review reports as needed; Provide excellent customer service and assist customers by answering questions. Must learn software systems used in Income Accounting & Student Loan Services. Other duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities

    Post directly to ledger via data input terminals. Review source documents for completeness and accuracy.
