    Program Management Analyst

    This position is for a Program Analyst position supporting an ACAT-1 program in PEO(T). The selected candidate will provide program management and analytical support for a weapons system development program in its Engineering and Manufacturing Development (E&MD) Phase. The selected candidate will provide services required to administer the program throughout all phases of requirements analysis, system design and development, performance testing, and implementation. As primary program support for the IPT Lead, the selected candidate will work with the IPT and assist in developing industry Statements of Work (SOW), reviewing proposals, assisting in spend plans and budget reporting, coordinating technical and programmatic meetings, maintaining schedules and other program-related material, and developing and tracking action items to closure. The candidate will also assist in monitoring industry efforts, reviewing and tracking CDRL deliveries, and assist in managing program risks and tracking and mitigating issues that may impact program outcomes.


    Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience plus2 to 4 years of relevant experience within the program. A minimum of two (2) years of business, management experience and/or development, integration, operations or test experience with aircraft, weapons is required. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in developing DoD systems documentation to support aircraft or weapons development, planning and management, as well as coordinating technical requirements related to weapons systems acquisition and life cycle management is desired. Demonstrated ability to track action items, develop metrics, develop and track risk mitigation plans, and develop and track plans of actions and milestones is required. Experience supporting ACAT 1 Programs is highly desired. Experience supporting advanced development projects is desired. Candidate must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and similar computer-based productivity applications.

    Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A Secret clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last6 years is required.
