    We are looking for a creative, project management-focused, online marketing Rockstar to drive our newly launched Men's Business in the EU. Currently launched in 3 countries (France, Germany and the UK), you will be responsible for maintaining the online marketing assets and digital visual merchandising and managing and growing the Men's Marketing Coordinator.

    Online Marketing:
    • Develop expertise in the company's Promo and Asset Tools to create, test, QA different types of marketing promotions and creative launches with some off-hours QA required
    • Coordinate development of online promotional creatives including site and email assets with copywriters and graphic design team while ensuring attention to detail in editing and proofreading
    • Work with tech and product management teams to submit and create promotional requirement documentation
    • Engage with engineers to troubleshoot and solve issues through QA
    • Project management for online creative department which involves communication and negotiations with multiple shareholders
    • Analyze data, interpret trends, draw conclusions and make thoughtful recommendations
    • Compile, present and provide ongoing feedback on creative assets and testing
    • Maintain promotional calendar, key launch dates & assist with execution of promotions
    • Compile specific analytical data, in regards to weekly performance, promotional performance and special projects
    • Participate in creative brainstorm meetings
    • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and actively share new insights
    • Responsible to meet online team deadlines in an often, fast-paced manner
    Online Site Merchandising:
    • Responsible for the visual merchandising of the full customer journey ensuring product presentation is both commercially and visually strong, making decisions backed by data
    • Ensuring products go live on time by liaising with the relevant teams
    • Manage sort rankings in alignment with the merchandising team
    • QA of all category and product pages
    • Develop ideas and strategies to link and group products within database to optimize merchandise strategy
    • Ensure all business partners are clear on all site launch dates and details - and communicate with cross-functional teams, regularly
    • Understand site calendar, promotional calendar and deliverable priorities
    • Optimizing category & brand PLP pages based on priority, customer engagement & stock to achieve departmental KPIs
    • Responsible for building and visually merchandising edits for website, email, app push, & homepage
    • Working closely with CRM to support planning and curate emails using brand performance and trend knowledge


    Required Skills:
    • Bachelor's Degree + minimum 3-4 years' experience in online marketing and/or online merchandising
    • Proclivity for technology with basic understanding of web and mobile browsers
    • Experience using web analytics tools like Coremetrics or Google Analytics.
    • Exceptional organizational, time management, attention to detail and communication skills
    • Aptitude to make logical conclusions based on data
    • Creative thinker with an eye for effective design and direct marketing copy
    • Enthusiastic team player with the flexibility to re-prioritize, multi-task and switch tasks fluidly
    • Positive, can-do attitude with ability to hit the ground running
    • Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams
    • Strong eye for online experience, competition, and web customer point of view
    • High comfort level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
