Responsibilities:

• Utilize Bilingual (Spanish - English) skill set.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; and following up to ensure resolution.

Requirements:

• Must have Bilingual (Spanish - English) skill set and have the ability to speak fluently in both languages.
• Have good phone skills with ability to converse, read and translate Spanish to English and English to Spanish.  
• Attention to detail and willingness to train.
