    NTT DATAServices currently seeks aNetwork Engineer with Top Secret Clearanceto join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

    Position Information:

    A Network Engineer is needed to provide networking support for the technology tasks assigned as part of the Network Operations Team for a federal client. The position will design, configure, and maintain router, switch, voice gateways, and security devices as part of an Enterprise-wide network. The position will also analyze complex local and wide area network systems providing Tier II, III escalation network support. Skills required for successful engagement include:

    • IT network engineering support expertise (Tier II, Tier III, network infrastructure implementation and maintenance) focusing on routers, switches, firewalls, IPS/IDS systems

    • Demonstrated expertise in providing Wide Area Network (WAN) engineering and telecommunication support

    • Direct experience in planning, implementing, and managing an enterprise perimeter security infrastructure including implementation of STIG guidelines

    • Experience with configuration and administration of Network Management Systems (NMS) to provide real-time alerting, notification and reporting of network and performance and security compliance

    • Experience with performing root cause analysis, risk identification, and risk mitigation

    • Experience with Network Routing protocols and TCP/IP Addressing and Subnetting

    • Experience with VPN - IPSEC technologies

    • Experience providing Cyber Security continuous monitoring configuration and support

    • VoIP engineering and support

    • Cyber Security continuous monitoring configuration and support

    • NSA Approved Encryption Device (Configuration and Operation)

    Desired Skills/Certifications:

    - Cisco CCNA and/or CCNP

    Requirements:

    - Top Secret Clearance

    - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering or related field or equivalency.

    - 5+ years of IT network engineering support expertise (Tier II, Tier III, network infrastructure implementation and maintenance)
