The Strategic Communications Partner develops and manages communications plans for various strategic corporate and business line initiatives. Areas of responsibility include internal business line-specific or initiative-specific communications and colleague engagement activities. This role integrates and coordinates messages across audiences and channels ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and brand.
Primary responsibilities include:
Communications Management and Execution - Develops and executes communications planning efforts for assigned projects/programs. This includes integration of strategy, planning and messages across divisions to develop project-specific strategic communications capability. This role must ensure project strategy alignment with overall corporate communications strategy and always determine success metrics to measure impact. Qualifications
- 2-3 years working on an internal communications team
- 5+ years project management experience
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

- High School Degree or Equivalent (GED)
- Preferred: Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
Hours per Week: 40
