    The position will support F-35 Support Equipment Conformit Europenne (CE) certification and military standard test requirements. This support includes the following:

    • EMI/EMC Test Planning, Execution, and Reporting
    • Product Safety Test Planning, Execution, and Reporting
    • Reviewing CE and test documentation for accuracy and completeness
    • Working with CE certifying authorities to ensure F-35 SE remains in compliance, which includes planning for upcoming changes
    • Working with design engineers to ensure F-35 SE is developed to be compliant
    • Supporting Program Management by identifying any risks

    This position reports to the F-35 Support Equipment (SE) Systems Engineering Manager and works in the F-35 Support Equipment Conformit Europenne (CE) certification area of SE.

    The successful candidate will interface with product engineers, military personnel, customers, and SE Leadership to coordinate findings and brief solutions.

    The successful candidate should have experience across various technologies with a focus on EMI/EMC testing and CE compliance (or other product safety equivalent). The candidate should be able to initiate and develop concise formats and generate / present numerical information utilizing computer readouts, graphs, charts, tables, written reports or other methods. The successful candidate must be able to respond quickly and accurately to analysis requests; describe sources of information and limitations on usability; analyze and interpret statistics to point out significant differences in relationships among sources of information; prepare conclusions and forecasts based on data summaries.
    Basic Qualifications:
    Experienced with EMI/EMC testing and product safety (CE) evaluations.

    *Must have hands-on experience in testing of electronic equipment.
    *Must have considerable experience and proficiency working with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Access.
    *Must have the ability to communicate effectively, work in a collaborative environment, and be self-motivated.
    Desired Skills:
    Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment with different technologies:

    • Electrical engineering background
    • EMI/EMC Test Planning, Execution, and Reporting (Technical Writing)
    • Deep understanding of CE, FCC, DO-160, and MIL STD-461 testing
    • Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) / Troubleshooting
    • Experience executing work under quality management standards like ISO 17025 and AS9100
    • Microsoft Office Applications
