    Job Description

    Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking an RF Engineer to support production of an Advance Missile Program in Grand Prairie, TX.

    The successful candidate must have experience focusing on the design, implementation, testing, integration and maintenance of radio frequency sub-systems like the radios and antennas. The candidate must be able to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and have a solid understanding of RF systems, circuit analysis, and troubleshooting. The candidate must be able to use test equipment to support troubleshooting and failure investigation in support of production manufacturing. Experience in the field testing of antennas as wells as experience with RF modeling tools (i.e CST or HFSS) is desirable.

    Travel to Lockheed Martin production facilities, supplier's facilities, and customer facilities will be required. There will be approximately 5 trips per year with each trip lasting up to 5 days in duration. The candidate must be able to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.

    Basic Qualifications:
    - Must possess an or be able to obtain a security clearance
    - Must have a Bachelor's degree or Master's in electrical engineering with emphasis on RF
    - Must possess general RF knowledge and understand RF theory.
    - Understanding of RF testing methodologies.
    - Ability to perform RF circuit simulations
    - Ability to travel to customer locations and field tests on occasion
    Desired Skills:
    - Prior experience with missile systems,,
    - Experience with Cadence design tools
    - Experience in basic radar design and theory of operation
    - Ability to develop RF system and subsystem performance requirements
    - Familiar with RF circuit design, simulation and components to include RF PWB layout, RF circuit testing and troubleshooting
    - Familiar with typical business practices
    Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint skills
    - Experience with creating presentation charts and general status reports, and delivering presentations to customers
    - Proven leadership skills
