Description:Job roles include Systems Engineering, Technical Subcontract Management support and Project Engineering Support for all delivered PHM products and operational PHM data. This position is responsible for; supporting the development and delivery of all Offboard PHM (OBPHM) software; development and delivery of all PHM data products (including NFL, MEFL, AFC, AMCs, and AFRS); and collection of all operational PHM data that is required for PHM engineering analysis.
Systems Engineering tasks include requirements management; systems integration and verification; interacting with team members to produce effective software solutions for development, modernization and field maturation; developing metrics and reports from program data; and definition of future developments/changes to improve ALIS PHM capabilities.
Software tasks may include creation, maintenance, and administration of PC based software
applications and databases to collect, parse, archive, and analyze F-35 PHM recorded data.
Individuals will be required to develop and maintain associated software documentation
including software requirements specifications, software design specifications, and procedures
according to the level and detail required by each project.
- Familiarity and understanding of maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnostic engineering and capability development and sustainment
- Experience with software architecture
- Technical understanding and familiarity with aircraft health management architectures, data flows, and processes.
