    Job Description

    Position Summary: The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing the team of Customer Service Representatives and Leads for North America Operations. In addition, they will be the escalation point for any issues Operationally within Customer Service. This Position will also be heavily involved with Senior Leadership in Operations to assist with implementing process improvements and efficiencies.

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Responsible for supervising CS team and being the lead point of contact for escalation to Manager and Director of CS
    • Work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
    • Building and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Bottlers
    • Provide support to both internal & external customers in a timely fashion
    • Interacts with a multitude of internal areas such as Sales, Transportation, Production Planning, Inventory Control and Accounting
    • Excellent time management and delegates when necessary
    • Ensure customer is following SOP guidelines
    • Manage special projects with our EDI team and Anthony related to Customer Service
    • Full end-to-end testing with regards to SAP tickets
    • Other duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager or Director
