    This Honeywell Intelligrated position provides ongoing operational and technical support of the Computerized Maintenance Management System operation across assigned client accounts and provides technical oversight of applicable reporting systems and processes. The position has responsibility for continuous improvement and development, data query and validation, reporting functions, technical writing including procedures and workflows, and operational training on applications associated with CMMS operations. Routinely interacts and collaborates with multiple departments including engineering, project management, operations personnel to support other technology applications and data management. This position will work closely with leadership on Goals and Objectives to ensure continuous improvement and innovation to ensure maximum utilization of system capabilities in meeting client expectations and development of improved capabilities
    Key Responsibilities
    Up to 40% domestic and/or international travel may be necessary
    Works with team on continuous improvement initiatives specific to inventory, asset, and labor
    Responsible for setup, automation, and optimization of reports utilized for trending and operational
    Fast troubleshooting and resolution skills with ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
    Communicates with customers, both internal and external, on needs and issues related to CMMS
    Coordinates database customizations for new customers and projects
    Coordinates new customer system implementations, data entry, asset records, and setup of all
    associated areas including preventative maintenance scheduling and setup of inventory stockrooms
    Coordinates workload optimization including proper work order entry, optimization of asset records,
    preventative maintenance procedures and schedules, and optimization of reporting features for quick
    and easy
    Works closely with internal end users within the Field Services team to ensure proper data
    entry and procedures are carried out to ensure data integrity lookup of history and trends
    Works with team to build standard procedures and provides training both internal and
    external on proper data entry specific to application functionality and features
    Woks with data utilizing strong Microsoft excel skills and extensive knowledge of pivot
    tables, VLOOKUP, data connections, graphing, conditional formatting, formulas, and VBA
    Utilizes strong, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, data
    connections, graphing, conditional formatting, formulas, and VBA Macros) to organize and
    analyze large amounts of data
    Assists with project planning and coordination
    May identify & recommend training & development of team
    Develops and recommends policies and procedures for best practices with use of CMMS
    May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

    • The Computerized Maintenance Management System Administrator has two or more years of experience in database
      management and/or a similar field
    • Associate's degree required.
    • Previous experience with CMMS / EAM administration or supporting role is preferred
    • Microsoft Office suite including MS Excel/Access/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Visio
    • SQL experience preferred
    • Reliability Engineering experience preferred
    • Must be able to communicate and train in a professional, courteous and effective manner, both written and verbally.
    • Must be organized and safety conscious.
    • Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot engineering related matters in a fast paced environment.
    • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key clients, vendors and staff.
    • Ability to travel up to 40%
