    Logistics Administration Specialist

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Provides administrative planning, support and leadership for site's operational activities and personnel performing logistical activities to locate, identify, track, centralize, transport, disposition and coordinate calibration activities where applicable.
    • Analyzes and implements logistics plans that may affect the production, distribution, and inventory or finished products in order to enhance product flow.
    • Analyzes, participates in development, and implements logistics plans affecting the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products.
    • Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates.
    • Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports. Coordinates logistics activities with internal/external customers.
    • Provides activity and status reports to management.
    • Performs all other duties as assigned.
    • Act as the primary site POC for customer and E-Team staff and is responsible for a high level of customer satisfaction at the site level.
    • Coordinate activities with site users (customers) to ensure uninterrupted test equipment asset availability supporting all Engineering test equipment utilized in laboratories, test stations, and testing facilities.
    • Monitors and reports site metrics and barriers to achieve monthly site goals to Regional Leaders.
    • Works with regional leaders to accomplish overall organizational growth and goal milestones.
    • AdHoc extraction, analysis and reporting of operational data and metrics as assigned.
    • Performs all other duties as assigned.
    Preferred Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
    • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 years of experience.
    • In lieu of formal education, at least 10 years of progressive experience in a related field.
    • 4 years of specialized military experience in the relative field can be substituted for a BA/BS degree.
    • Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft office products.
    • Functional experience with inventory management software and processes.
    • Experienced in Lab environments with strong customer service component and able to recognize and comply with warnings, signs and alerts.
