    Job Description

    This role manages all transactional processes that support cash application and credit card processing for trade receivables of Emerson Automation Solution business units supported by CFS North America. In addition, this role manages the process of invoice distribution to trade customers via electronic means. This role also oversees the CFS Business Systems Analyst.

    As a CFS Transactions and Web Billing Manager, YOU WILL:
    • Manage the Transactions and Web Billing function to ensure all processes are monitored for daily completion and within established internal controls
    • Review current processes and implement additional best practices to ensure team meets required expectations while offering exceptional and timely service to all supported businesses.
    • Instill proper practices within Transactions group to meet audit needs of BUs and supported sites.
    • Provide leadership and strategic vision to the team to streamline processes, reduce complexity and drive efficiency.
    • Establish and monitor reporting measures for the function to ensure timely and accurate processing of daily transactions and web billing volume
    • Establish appropriate service levels to ensure daily invoice requirements for Web Billing are processed to portals and accepted within established timelines
    • Manage Business Systems Analyst to ensure proper GetPaid application support and maintaining reporting requirements using Intelligent Automation tools.
    • Responsible for integration of Transactions and Web Billing functional needs for all new CFS North America integrations as well as ability to meet reporting needs of CFS for these integrated businesses.
    • Manage banking relationships with those banks that process cash receipts and credit card transactions.
    • Manage relationships with business unit/site Finance leaders to ensure service levels are meeting expectations.
    • Monitor transactions related costs for banking and credit card transactions and seek out opportunities to reduce transactional costs.

    Qualifications :

    REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
    • Bachelors in Business or related field
    • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience
    • 3+ years of management experience
    PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
    • Demonstrated knowledge of ERP systems: Oracle, SAP or others
    • Knowledge of treasury and commercial banking operations
