- Perform complex secretarial and related office administration work
- Supporting travel plans, expense accounts, time collect and overtime forms
- Support the department's record retention
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Coordinate, prepare documents and notarize for PWS' governance, litigation and real estate matters

- Highschool graduate
- Minimum of two years experience in secretarial/clerical positions
- Ability to type 40 WPM
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other job-related office equipment and software
