    Position Description:

    Under supervision of the Assistant Director for Technology Support Services and other full-time MTSS staff, this student position is principally responsible for providing Tier II remote technical support relating to personal computers and peripherals

    Assisting faculty and students with WebEx Assisting staff with connecting to NJIT network resources from home Testing and evaluating solutions to provide remote computing resources to NJIT faculty, staff, and students Assisting faculty, staff, and students with software and hardware troubleshooting Developing tutorials and written content to update the IST website
