    Job Description

    Demand Xcelerator is a team that represents a transformation of Shopper Insights, Shopper Marketing, Category Leadership, and Space Engineering resources to support Sales and Marketing plans for enterprise, national, and regional customers across the PepsiCo portfolio. This approach allows us to build best-in-class capabilities, develop deep functional expertise, and offer focused programs to drive growth with our customers. The Demand Xcelerator will help PepsiCo provide our customers with cutting edge data and insights, as well as, personalized solutions to drive incremental growth for both our customers and PepsiCo.

    This role will lead the Strategy and Business Intelligence support on the PepsiCo Kroger Category Leadership team across the PepsiCo Tea, Coffee, Energy, Sparkling Water and Still Water portfolio. The primary objectives of this role are to drive accelerated growth, market share gains, and elevated customer partnership via Shopper/Customer Insights. Key accountabilities include leading the shopper and consumer insights support for Kroger and PepsiCo Bev Joint Business Planning, Internal PepsiCo Initiatives and for discovering new opportunities to drive future business growth.

    Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities:
    • Work across a variety of PepsiCo and Kroger teams to lead PepsiCo and Kroger Beverage transformational big bets initiatives on the RTD Tea, RTD Coffee, Energy and Water commodities.
    • Provide Analytics and Insights to support PepsiCo Beverage Annual Operating Plan, Growth Summit Meetings, Shopper Program Post Promotional Analysis, KOMPASS Reviews and Internal Business Inquiries
    • Delivery of Shopper Centric Insights and Solutions that drive category growth, market share expansion and financial plan success.
    • Help train and develop Senior Category Analyst covering RTD Tea, RTD Coffee, Energy and Water commodities.
    • Help organize and manage workload across Category Manager and Senior Business Analyst positions for RTD Tea, RTD Coffee, Energy and Water commodities.
    • Scorecarding, post promo analysis, category assessment, market analysis, SWOT, strategic planning, and retail execution.
    Qualifications/Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree required, MBA degree preferred
    • 3+ years' experience across CPG and Category Management preferred
    • Proficiency in shopper data and analytics
    • Need thorough understanding of IRI/Nielsen syndicated/panel data
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Preferred experience with Kroger's Market6 data, 84.51 data and the KOMPASS process
    • Well versed in Microsoft suite of products, Excel/PowerPoint/Access
    • Comfortable and desiring to present at the Senior Executive Level
    • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task
    • Strong project management skills, ability to thrive in a matrix environment

    • Persuasive leadership and influencing skills
    • Business relationship management
    • Strong organization and communication skills both verbal and written
    • Strong analytical, data analysis, problem-solving, and storytelling experience
