    What success looks like in this role:

    Position Overview
    As a Solutions Manager at Unisys, you'll be joining a passionate team playing a pivotal role in shaping and growing our Security Solutions competencies. The Solutions Manager for Managed SIEM Services role focuses on taking ownership of the existing Managed SIEM offerings, helping define and refine these, with a focus on providing high value differentiated security services based on both a leveraged services foundation as well as highly tailored and non-leveraged SIEM solutions through their service life cycle. Collaboration with others to create and maintain internal and external enablement materials from pre-sales through to post-sales delivery are key focus areas for this role requiring strong technical and practical security background paired with field experience.

    For the Managed SIEM services delivered through a common global leveraged services model:
    o Take ownership of and refine existing Managed SIEM services through the service lifecycle.
    o Collaborate with other key stakeholders to drive the future of Managed SIEM services.
    o Collaborate with and work within the common global leveraged services model.
    o Work closely as a pivotal team player with other Solution Managers who have responsibility for other services within the Security Solutions portfolio.
    o Create and assist others in creating and maintaining services related lifecycle documents that are based on the leveraged services foundation - including Proposals, SOW's, service delivery project plans, business cases.
    o Keep abreast of current markets, competition, and customer/user requirements
    o Collaborate with service and product stakeholders to create and maintain other key lifecycle assets including marketing assets, sales and service delivery enablement aids
    o Contribute to security product and services portfolio roadmap.

    You will be successful in this role if you have:

    Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
    o 5+ years' experience with enterprise class security technologies.
    o 2+ years' direct work experience with Managed Security Services delivery.
    o 2+ years' work experience in product and/or services management.
    o SIEM solution administration experience
    o Security Operations Center analyst experience
    o Demonstrated ability to drive positive results in a team environment.
    o Proven success partnering with diverse stakeholders, both across organizations and teams, on complex, challenging projects with demonstrated ability to build trust and act as an influencer at all levels.
    o Exceptional English written and verbal communications skills.
    o Strong understanding of services and consulting delivery processes, and associated business operations required for running a profitable service.
    o Strong understanding of costing and pricing requirements for leveraged service offerings.
    o Demonstrated success in project management and driving complex projects to completion on deadline.
    o Experience working with product marketing teams to help create and maintain services enablement materials.
