Duration: 12 MonthsDescription:
- As a Quantitative Marketing Analyst, you will evaluate and help to measure the impact of marketing initiatives including integrated campaigns, partnerships, and growth marketing. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of marketing, product management, analytics and engineering teams to tap into the underlying data, align on key metrics & methodologies, and generate insights to drive user growth.
Data pipeline management
Maintain and monitor health of existing SQL pipelines
Run SQL code templates with minimal updates
Build targeted lists/scripts from internal databases to power Customer Marketing programs for mission-critical customer programs
Set up basic reporting, define measurement and analytics best practices, KPIs and benchmarking, reporting on end-business results across customer comms & marketing programs.
Drive paid media planning and measurement for online and offline Brand spend.
Drive efficiencies into the business tracking and monitoring progress. Analyze and maintain work pipeline and workflow. Implement scheduling to optimize throughput and efficiency primarily in SQL and Google Sheets. Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures. Work with Marketing team to develop new or improved tools. Assist in managing marketing activities across a large team of stakeholders. Top 3 Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of relevant experience working in a role focused on data analysis and business application. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a matrixed organization. Experience using MS Excel or Google Sheets as part of a larger data management system.
Experience with SQL, especially BigQuery or NoSQL. Experience with Tableau. Experience with gSuite. Experience with Process Management and/or Statistical Quality Control approaches. Advanced experience using MS Excel or Google Sheets Demonstrated ability to analyze and distill data into actionable insights. Ability to influence cross-functionally and work effectively across functions and geographies. Ability to work effectively and understand the details of a problem while at the same time understanding the strategic view.
