    SAP Senior Developer - Erlanger, KYThis is an exempt level position.
    Position Summary: ADM is implementing 1ADM program which is a global business and technology transformation initiative with SAP S/4 as the core ERP solution. The role of SAP Senior Developer in the Development Services organization is accountable for providing SAP development services focusing on 1ADM and other projects using SAP services. A successful candidate will not only provide SAP expertise but will also be required to provide mentorship and training for ADM development services team members. Influence projects and vendors to ensure they are aligned with our ADM IT processes and policies.
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Design SAP solutions to ensure alignment to ADM software development lifecycle standards & practices
    • Ensure accurate utilization of defined ADM Enterprise Architecture standards and principles
    • Design development strategies to adhere to IT General Controls and SOX Controls
    • Collaborate with Architects, Development Teams, and project leaders (for example 1ADM project leaders) to ensure development processes and policies are followed
    • Maintain partnership with 3rd party vendors to guide their teams on ADM development processes and policies
    • Provide feedback for development process improvement
    • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, and mentor junior developers on SAP best practices
    • Guide team members to ensure proper training with the latest technology changes in SAP
    Required Skills:
    • SAP ABAP experience
    • S/4Hana is required
    • SAP PI/PO preferred
    • Experience with key integration areas in Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and external CRM solutions (SalesForce)
    Education Requirements:Bachelor's Degree is required related to Information Systems, Business or similar academic subject area
    Required Experience:
    • 8+ years of development experience
    • 6+ years of SAP ABAP experience
    • Experience with S/4Hana is required
    • Experience with SAP PI/PO preferred
    • Experience with key integration areas in Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and external CRM solutions (SalesForce)
    • Demonstrated experience with full-lifecycle SAP implementations
    • Prior experience in Production Support in a large/mid-size SAP application environment
    • Demonstrated experience with full-lifecycle SAP implementations
    • Prior experience in Production Support in a large/mid-size SAP application environment.
    • Understanding of development processes for SAP
    • Practical experience working in an agile environment
    • Understanding of Application development, testing, integration, and DevOps principles and practices
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization
    • Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently
    • Strong analytical, organization, time management and process management skills
    • Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures and processes in a logical sequence; at a level appropriate to the audience and resulting in effective working relationships
    • Exhibits high personal performance standards, the desire and ability to continuously learn and must be results oriented
    • Expected to work occasional weekends, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
