    Job Description

    Manage and direct all General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Payroll operations. Coordinate the preparation, reporting and reconciliation of financial information for the physician clinics evaluating the performance of the physician clinics. Other duties as assigned.

    Position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The position is responsible for managing the accounting and accounts payable departments. In addition position is accountable for documenting and enforcing accounting policies and procedures; preparing consolidated financial reports; monitoring cash activities and maintaining relationships with auditors, department managers, physicians and joint venture administrators. Applicant should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA and/or CPA preferred), and a minimum of 5 years experience including healthcare and supervisory experience.
