Description:MFC GSC Operations Affordability and Workforce Development Rep responsible for the achievement of the objectives of the MFC GSC Affordability Operations Workforce Development Team. This includes the development of training curriculums, training of the MFC GSC workforce in Negotiations Preparation and Strategy Development; Affordability Training, Supporting Program specific Affordability activities; multiple GSC Training programs. I.E Compliance Training; GSC Program Management Training; and participation is MFC Bright Ideas GSC evaluations. Additionally, there will be external training with key MFC suppliers on Proposal Adequacy, Purchase Order Acknowledgement and Program specific Affordability efforts..

The Locale: Grand Prairie is part of the "Mid-Cities" region in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex which is in the North Central region of Texas. Grand Prairie is a suburb of both Dallas and Fort Worth. Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Supply Chain experience in subcontract management, component and associated complex assemblies, and equipment purchases within Defense or Aerospace industries
Thorough knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and requirements for FAR / DFAR based contracts working for a DOD prime contractor or sub tier supplier.
Demonstrated ability to develop training programs (curriculums) and provide training individuals/teams/groups of people.
Demonstrated negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of standard contract types
Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Team oriented with demonstrated organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters which often requires coordination between functional organizations and ability to present effectively to all levels of management.

Experienced at Training personnel and using various training mediums to deliver that training
Cross-functional knowledge of program roles including Engineering, Supplier Quality, Production Operations and Finance as they relate to the supply chain.
