Description:MFC is seeking a experienced auditor for a position in Ocala, FL to support MFC by ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures.
Candidate will update and maintain documents to AS9100 standards and in accordance with requirements such as Quality Manual, Quality Management Procedures, Work Instructions and Forms.
Develop and maintain internal audit system by coordinating/maintaining audit schedule to include performing audits, providing/organizing audit documentation, coordinating government and registrar audits, and statusing corrective actions. Will be Certified Lead Auditor for AS9100. The job will also include facilitating Corrective Actions for site level improvements and maintaining an escapes and corrective action databases ensuring Root Cause and Corrective Actions are taken.
Participates and facilitates Structure Improvement Activities (SIA) such as Kaizen and VSM events with departmental or cross functional teams
Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc.
May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies
Interfaces with internal teams and DCMA customers

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline - Technical Engineering Degree preferred
Knowledge of Manufacturing processes that affect Cable and Harnesses, Circuit Cards, and Electromechanical Assemblies.
Internal / external audit experience (AS9100)
Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools to analyze and resolve technical/process issues varying from basic to very complex.
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Demonstrated Presentation skills
This position will be located at a facility that requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen
Certified Lead Auditor for AS9100 desired
Experience writing and editing Command Media
Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
Special Process Engineering Experience
ASQ CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) and / or CQIA (Certified Quality Improvement Associate)
SAP Application Experience
Advanced AS9100 Interpretation and application experience.
Effective Communication Skills: Written, Oral, Listening, Technical Writing.
9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degre
