    Job Description

    Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking an RF Systems Engineer to support an ongoing weapons system development effort. The RF Engineer will perform RF system design, integration, test, and evaluation for the weapon in development and alternate designs and configurations for other applications. Experience with Electronic Warfare Systems (Electronic Support Measures, Anti-Radiation Homing), antenna design, RF receivers, and signal processing are critical. Additional experience in requirements development, trade studies, integration and test, and flight test support are beneficial. The ideal candidate would also have experience with missile programs. The candidate will be required to lead vendors that produce RF hardware, therefore good written and oral communication skills are also needed.
    Basic Qualifications:
    Candidate must demonstrate the ability to perform some combination of the following Systems RF and Radar Design and Analysis assignments:

    Demonstrate a strong fundamental understanding of radar and RF systems and associated performance modeling.

    Develop RF systems (radar related systems and subsystems) to include design, integration, test, and performance evaluation.

    Coordinate vendors and other team members in development of passive/active RF sensor systems for test/evaluation.

    Assist in the flow down of RF requirements to testable modular hardware and software.

    Demonstrate mastery of simulation and analysis tools. (MATLAB).

    Demonstrate the ability and/or knowledge to develop threat models.

    Support trade studies, presentations, proposals and related activities.

    Currently holds a Secret clearance with a background investigation within the last 5 years.
    Desired Skills:
    Simulink experience is of significant benefit.
