Responsibilities and Duties: • Accountable for all daily operations of the food service operation. • Train and develop team members - proactively seek out learning opportunities: books, mentorship, courses, experiences, and self-reflection. • Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork. • Create an environment where team members are empowered and delighted, who in turn, delight our guests with genuine hospitality. • Effectively address employee relations issues. • Ensure inventory levels are properly maintained in order to increase sales volume and control inventory. • Manage the cleaning and maintenance of food service equipment. • Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently. • Be directly responsible for all fund reconciliation and inventory audits. • Prepare or supervise preparation of all required paperwork. • Maintain safety and security of the restaurant and document any accidents or incidents that occur, when faced with hostility extend hospitality, nonetheless. • Ensure that all personnel know and follow all company policies and procedures. Assistant General Manager (AGM) Requirements and Qualifications: • 1 year of food service experience preferred. • Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced work environment. • Must be able to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends and holidays in order to provide management coverage when the Store Manager is not present. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. • Ability to bend down, stoop low, and stand for at least 8 hours. • Ability to properly lift, pull, and/or push up to 30 lbs. General Manager (GM) Requirements and Qualifications: • 3 years of food service experience preferred. • Ability to effectively lead in a fast-paced work environment. • Able to move forward with incomplete information, does not need to wait “till everything is ready”. • Take accountabilities, especially when things get tough. Always ask “what’s mine to own”. Admit mistakes and readily take actions to improve. • Must be able to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends and holidays. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. • Ability to bend down, stoop low, and stand for at least 8 hours. • Ability to properly lift, pull, and/or push up to 30 lbs.
