Position provides reception, administrative, and secretarial support for the office. In addition to typing, filing, scheduling, performs duties such as coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, working on special projects. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.
High School graduate with 2 - 3 years office management experience or equivalent experience. Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook and QuickBooks, knowledge of Access desirable.
