Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services organization is seeking an Enterprise Services Program Manager (ESPM)
that will lead all enterprise services activities for the Space Components (SC) and Space Technical Services (STS) Business Units, in the NG Space Tactical Space Systems Division (TSSD). The ESPM is the lead Enterprise Services interface to, and directly supports, SC and STS Business Unit Directors and sites. This position will report to the Director of Enterprise Services for Tactical Space Systems Division and will be located at the San Diego, CA Space Components location.
The ESPM will establish and maintain effective internal and external customer relationships to foster an in-depth understanding of business requirements and will lead and develop transformational strategies/concepts, and implement change to create and drive programs responsive to business requirements. He/she will leverage the broader Enterprise Services to achieve Business Unit and ES performance objectives. In coordination with ES service lines, the ESPM is accountable for the delivery of all services that ES provides, including IT Solutions, Information Security, Security and Mission and Operational Excellence.
The ESPM is responsible and accountable for managing all BU-specific recurring and non-recurring activity that:
- Enable program execution and business capture
- Improve user productivity, experience, and operational efficiency
- Deliver value to our SC and STS business partners
- Develop an enabling ES culture
- Manage risk
- Manage and ensure compliance of off-network and classified environments, in partnership with Info Sec and Security

- Develop annual ES demand/investment and budget plans to support AOP & LRSP
- Develop, present, and obtain approvals for budgets, project plans, and business unit initiatives which involve ES
- Deliver leadership, peer engagement, and highly effective collaboration across the Space Systems Enterprise Services PMO supporting both localized Space Systems and Enterprise initiatives and projects
•Bachelor's Degree with at least 14 years of related experience; or a Master's degree and 12 years of experience. (Appropriate combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement)
•Prior Program/Project management experience.
•Demonstrated experience leading and managing matrixed and virtual teams.
•Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, customers, and sites.
•Demonstrated ability to pro-actively identify issues and solutions to those issues, and drives issues rapidly to closure.
•Ability to travel ~25% of the time. Preferred Qualifications:
•Prior Northrop Grumman Sector-sector specific experience.
•Knowledge and experience in systems, software, engineering and manufacturing processes, tools and environments.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and collaborate with senior level executive leadership.
•Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills.
•Prior experience managing a portfolio of diverse and complex IT projects.
•Agile or SCRUM Certification
