    Responsible for direct supervision of manufacturing activities. Accountable for safety, quality, on the job

    As an Operations Team Supervisor (OTS) you will be responsible for the direct supervision of raw materials manufacturing activities using defined electrolysis techniques. The OTS is accountable for Safety, Quality, on the job training, productivity, and hardware delivery schedules within areas of responsibility. The preferred candidate communicates expectations clearly and initiates necessary actions to ensure that organizational goals and business objectives are accomplished and ensures company policy directives and operating procedures are being followed. An OTS maintains a presence at the point of most criticality or difficulty to favorably influence the operations of a high performance manufacturing team and exemplifies adherence to all safety rules, regulations and standards.

    Qualifications :

    Basic Qualifications:

    -High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of working in a manufacturing environment

    -Two years of successful team leadership

    -Skill in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and operating procedures

    -Knowledge of Safety and Quality policies and procedures

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with electrolysis and raw material manufacturing
