to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The successful candidate will serve as the Mission Engineering Manager for the E-2/C-2 Program located in Melbourne, Florida.
The Mission Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of radar & tracking, ops, and data analysis engineers supporting design and analysis, performance assessment & analysis, system improvements/capability enhancements, discrepancy adjudication, and requirements verification of AHE subsystems. Attributes of Mission Engineering include exploration and discovery in the problem space, customer intimacy, "clean sheet of paper" approaches, alternative architectures, employment of modeling and simulation to specifically include manned aircraft interactive simulation, multi-domain perspectives, and the emphasis of effectiveness over performance. Products of Mission Engineering processes include concepts of employment (CONEMPS), concepts of operations (CONOPS), concept exploration rapid prototyping, the creation and validation of measures of effectiveness with associated evaluation architectures, quantitative analysis emphasizing responsiveness over rigor, new resource management approaches, and the cultivation of mission engineers.

- Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 5+ years' experience
- Currently maintains an active DoD Secret or higher clearance and possesses the ability to maintain it throughout employment
- Experience in building and leading teams
- Experience with Rhapsody Architecture development
- Experience with MATLAB analysis tool
- Knowledge of DODAF
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Experience in all aspects of the engineering development lifecycle
- Knowledge of Navy aircraft acquisition processes
- Familiarity with Agile Systems Engineering processes
