    The Pega Business Architect will act as a liaison between the business users, stakeholders and technical leads. This individual will be responsible to work with Lead System Architect and client team jointly charting business and technical strategies. Working on-site at a customer location, this role will interact with and communicate product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders.

    This position may be filled at the Pega Business Architect or Principal Pega Business Architect level as described in the Basic Qualifications below.


    Qualifications :

    Basic Qualifications:

    Pega Business Architect level 2
    • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of work experience; Masters and 0 years of experience; 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
    • Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification
    • 1+ years of experience in Pega version 7.x or greater
    • 1+ years of experience in facilitating Directly Capture Objectives (DCO) sessions, eliciting requirements, facilitating playback sessions and obtaining business stakeholder alignment with the proposed workflow/screens within the application
    • 1+ years of experience Pega CRM and its foundational components and how to apply them to Plan requirements and design business processes within the Pega application
    • 1+ years of experience Agile (Scrum)
    • Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (Green card holder)
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance

    Principal Pega Business Architect level 3
    • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of work experience; Masters and 3 years of experience; 9 years of related experience in lieu of a degree..
    • Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification
    • 3+ years of experience in Pega version 7.x or greater
    • 3+ years of experience in facilitating Directly Capture Objectives (DCO) sessions, eliciting requirements, facilitating playback sessions and obtaining business stakeholder alignment with the proposed workflow/screens within the application
    • 1+ years of experience with Pega CRM and its foundational components and how to apply them to Plan requirements and design business processes within the Pega application
    • 1+ years of experience with Agile (Scrum)
    • Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (Green card holder)
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior SSA experience a plus.
    • Experience designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management
    • Experience in full PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design
    • Experience in large-scale enterprise Pega engagements end to end
