    What You'll Get to Do:

    Program Support Tasks

    • Participate in conference calls and meetings with the Integration Process Team Leads.

    • Take and publish meeting minutes and track and monitor action items

    • Author and provide inputs to briefs and presentations

    • Coordinate meetings between IPTLs and Program Management

    • Assist the Black Belt lead with interviews, data tracking and the AirSpeed tools

    • Provide Class Desk support for the IPTLs in System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) events and working with NAWCAD Technical Area Experts (TAEs).

    • Provide innovative approaches or solutions for the IPTLs and the team

    • Author weekly and monthly status reports for the IPTLs to present to Program Leadership.

    • Provide mentorship for new team members

    Financial Support Tasks

    • Interface with BFMs to enable smooth execution of funds by providing needed documents and improving acquisition and financial processes.

    • Communicate the status of the program budget and available funds to Program Leadership.

    • Coordinate with BFMs to provide inputs, updates, and modifications to program budgets to track variances in program finances.

    • Coordinate with NAWCAD BFM to ensure charge numbers are available for the program, and manage monthly charges to ensure proper financial oversight of program expenditures.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • US DoD TS clearance, SSBI/SBPR/PPR (within 6 years), with the ability to obtain SCI required accesses.

    • Bachelor's degree from accredited institution (experience substitutions authorized).

    • Five (5) years of experience in areas relating to program assessment that includes validation of program plans, cost analysis, risk modeling and status report analysis.

    • Five (5) years of work experience in supporting the Department of Defense budget process.

    • Knowledge of DoD systems engineering requirements, acquisition policies, and DoD RDT&E program policies for documentation and data entry

    • Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and RDT&E, APN, OPN, and O&MN funding policies.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of DoD ERP financial tracking systems.

    • Experience in cost and schedule realism analysis to support proposal evaluation

    • Skills in applying PC based tools for program planning, assessment and sensitivity analysis such as MS Project, Risk Exchange, DOORS or other similar applications.

    • Proficient in the following software packages: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project,.

    • Desired knowledge in the following NAVAIR Tools: (TWB) Team Master Workbook, CSPT (Common Spend Plan Tool), PMT (Procurement Management Tool)

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

    • Skills in applying PC based tools for program planning, assessment and sensitivity analysis such as MS Project, Risk Exchange, DOORS or other similar applications.
