Description:This position is the central focal point for providing leadership and managing all aspects of the assigned build positions for the Executive Aircraft Center.
The successful candidate shall be able to be put in for, and be granted a Top Secret Security Clearance. They will also be responsible for the safety, quality, cost, and schedule of assigned positions.
Must be able to work in a union environment and ensure accurate and thorough communications with key internal customers and employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the development / transformation of assigned positions through the use of the Six Sigma tools to ensure the continual improvement in regards to safety, quality, cost and schedule.
Responsible for the performance for all of the final assembly line on 2nd shift. Manage employee development; must be able to develop employees skills and prepare them for future job assignments.
Responsible for quality initiatives i.e. 6S initiatives and ensure standard work and Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements are met. Manage direct and indirect budget Manage facilities maintenance schedules.

Familiarity with aerospace industry preferred.
