Description:The individual in this role will primarily support the TLS Director of Enterprise Performance and their immediate organization, including supporting unique and urgent special assignments as well as recurring business rhythm needs. Recurring business needs include the preparation, compilation, and facilitation of the General Manager's Monthly Internal Operating Review (IOR); the compilation and distribution of weekly Program Review Action Item status, monthly Customer Program Assessment Report (CPAR) metrics, monthly enterprise scorecard and monthly on-time delivery metrics and reporting. They will also be responsible for maintaining and administrating Performance Manager Measures (PMM) for TLS program review meetings and action items, and for the data analysis, creation and development of sharepoints, dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Excel in support of TLS strategic initiatives including Risk and Opportunity Management and Program Manager Training and Development. In addition to these tasks, this role will provide hands-on support for programs where there are appropriate opportunities within the TLS Enterprise performance organization such as supporting Independent review teams in INAR, BRs, and PARs. The specifics of this additional responsibility will vary based on the timing, supply, and demand of program opportunities within TLS Enterprise Performance organizations.
The candidate should have good verbal communication skills. Be able to work alone and in a team environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and OneNote.
