    Job Description

    Description:Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, this may include spray painting or running automated equipment. Works from diagrams and drawings following detailed planning, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions. Some work assigned work areas will be in a confined work space.

    This full time position is eligible for ApprenticeshipLMCO
    Basic Qualifications:
    High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

    Successful completion of the Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) with a status of Silver level or higher.

    Must be able to use hand tools (i.e. torque wrench, drills and inspection tools).

    Ability to properly read a variety of measuring devices including rulers, tape measures, and scales.

    This facility requires special access and therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.
    Desired Skills:
    SAP, Teamwork and Operating automated winder, Spray painting experience & understanding of mechanical assembly, process flow and cure times of epoxy resins/paint. Ability to work in a tight and confined work area.
