The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in SYSTEMS INTEGRATION AND TEST ENGINEERING to be a part of a team that will carry on our 75+ year tradition making history in advanced aircraft development.
This position is for an Integration and Test Lead (Senior Staff). The candidate will be responsible for the Integration and Test of Mission Systems capabilities and functions in a laboratory and flight test environment. Utilizing mission systems requirements, the candidate will oversea and assist in the development of test requirements and procedures, execute integration and test activities in a lab environment, and support mission systems flight test evaluation. Candidate must have a strong technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth understanding of military aircraft functionality, and demonstrated integration and test experience with a modern software intensive mission systems architecture. Candidate will be required to brief executive leadership and high ranking government officials and should have a proven record leading, managing, and organizing an integration and test team.
A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.
The successful candidate will need to pass a security screening before interview.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a secret security clearance.

• Bachelors or above degree in engineering/technical/science discipline
• Experience with integration and test
• Experience with development of test plans
• Experience with sub-system integration
• Experience with test procedure development
• Experience leading a project or directing a team
• Experience leading and coordinating an I&T team
• Experience briefing executive LM leadership and high ranking government officials
• Avionics, software, mission planning and I&T experience
• Experience with requirements development and integration and test processes
• Strong laboratory skills, flight test experience
• Active Top Secret Clearance
