    Job Description

    Description:Senior Financial Analyst supporting the F-35 Ground Support Equipment Market Segment working F-35 Sustainment programs.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    - Preparation of monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) for assigned contracts
    - Preparation of Earned Value targets, baselines, estimates, and forecasts
    - Prepares, tracks and updates Work Authorization Documents for assigned efforts
    - Ensures EVM and financial information is correct and compliant to Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) guidelines
    -Ensures Estimate at Complete (EAC) is realistic and reflects latest scope of work
    - Tracks financial performance of control accounts and projects the need for future funding requirements
    - Provides financial status, guidance and assistance to Control Account Managers (CAM) and Program Managers for responsible contract scope
    - Provides guidance and leadership to other financial analysts
    - Leads meetings and other financial reviews with Finance Lead, Business Manager and Program Managers.
    - Responsible for FP&A activities for assigned contracts
    - Support to the total Market Segment FP&A activities as required
    - Supports the Program Manager, Business Operations Manager & Finance Lead working special assignments
    Basic Qualifications:
    -Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business related field
    -Proficiency with Earned Value Management (EVM)
    -Strong Microsoft office skills, primarily focused in Excel
    -Knowledge of quarterly Contract Status Review and Long Range Plan processes related to Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash and Base forecasting / planning
    -Self motivated with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
    -Comfortable working in team environments and with team members in different geographic locations
    -Ability to interact and communicate with positive impact with senior leadership in the organization
    Desired Skills:
    - Prior experience on F-35 program
    - Experience authoring IPMRs
    - Experience with Primavera to Cobra interface
    - Experience with LM Financial systems (SAP & Hyperion)
    - Experience driving teams to meet program goals and objectives
