Lockheed Martin provides Information Technology (IT) services throughout the Mission lifecycle for computational requirements, architecture, acquisition, and operations to federal government customers. You will be an active member of the Atlas Infrastructure Team that will provide sound system engineering requirements definition, documentation creation and COTS/FOSS tracking for new capabilities as well as maintaining critical mission requirements. The Atlas Infrastructure Value stream supports new infrastructure capabilities as well as Operations, Maintenance and Support (O&MS) for critical Mission Systems and Services that evolve the virtual / cloud (Public/Private/Hybrid) infrastructure environments. Responsibilities include contributing to the system engineering of the architectural design, implementation of new and operational products and services requirements as well as maintenance of the virtual / cloud / infrastructure requirements. Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include:
•System Engineering tasks for the Atlas Infrastructure team, defining, updating and maintain requirements
•Create and maintain data center documentation for multiple sites, creation, updating and maintaining thru document life-cycle
•COTS / FOSS Life-Cycle management
•Interface with Chief Architects and Chief Engineers to provide sound engineering solutions for the infrastructure value stream.

- Familiarity with Systems Engineering principles and process
- Experience in developing, maintaining and updating system requirements through the entire requirements life-cycle
- Familiar with a Systems Engineering tool such as DOORS
