Description:This position will support the Ground Support Equipment and Sustainment Solutions (GSESS) line of business. This position requires high organization, communication, and leadership skills to collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, lines of businesses, proposal teams, functional departments, and corporate offices. The individual must be able to work independently as well as be a team player and willing to support other team members on a proactive basis in any capacity needed. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Specific tasks will include executing EV requirements and analyzing metrics to identify actions required to improve performance tracking; reporting, identifying, and programmatic and technical reviews, briefings, and meetings with the customer; and performing various administrative functions for the day-to-day operations of the program. The position reports to the Material Readiness Lead however will operate in an IPT environment working directly with the Program Manager & customer by performing Risk and Opportunity Management, Performing Cost Account Manager (CAM) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) oversight, conduct Program Reviews, ensure on-schedule delivery of contract compliant products and provide direction to F-35 Individual Product Teams.

- Must possess excellent communication skills both oral
- Experience communicating and coordinating with all levels of the organization
- Fluent with Earned Value Management (EVMS) with complementary experience
- Control Account Manager (CAM) Certified
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience working with and interacting closely with government customer
- Demonstrated ability to influence change

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
