The RF Payloads Center of Excellence (RFCOE) is seeking hardworking, highly motivated Manager to lead the Digital Signal Processing (DSP) group and develop signal processing solutions in support of all of LM Space RF applications.
You will provide the functional and technical leadership responsibilities of the Digital Signal Processing group developing processing systems and payload electronics as part of Space RF Payloads.
Specific tasks include :
Functional management/Resource management and staffing of DSP resources
Technical leadership solving challenging signal processing problems supporting RF Digital Payloads
Reporting of detailed program status to executive management
You will identify and resolve major program issues and challenges
Interfaces to internal and external customers regarding program status, issues, and risk mitigation
Collaborating with enterprise Lines of Business to engage and support them in new business opportunities

•BSEE or related discipline
•Experience in Digital Signal Processing applications
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a confirmed ability to interact effectively with customers, management, and peers
•Experience in development and delivery of space digital electronics
•Strong technical background in space digital systems
•Masters or MBA degree, with emphasis on digital or Communications systems.
•Experience with high profile briefings to internal executives and customers
