You'll be leading a team writing code that powers our modern web portal visited by millions of customers a day from all over the world. You'll be a technical leader focused on growing the skills of a highly talented, collaborative and motivated team. You will deliver high-scale, highly available UX surfaces with an emphasis on delightful, modern user experiences. We are looking for a leader with a passion for mentorship and team building, customer focus and engineering fundamentals, coupled with technical leadership experience in driving high-scale, broad scope customer experiences.
- 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- 4+ years of Web UX design and coding experience in high scale services.
- 7+ years of general design and coding experience (C++, C#, and/or Java).
- Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work well with others and mentor and/or manage engineers.
- Experience with scrum, Kanban, or other agile engineering techniques.
- Knowledge of the Web UX industry today.
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent work experience.
Experience with AngularJs or ReactJS.
