Your ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: • Develop adhoc and deliver pre-built human capital management reports that provide timely and actionable decision support information • Engage with HR Business partners to understand their reporting requirements and communicate findings from data analysis in a clear and concise manner • Develop repeatable analytics including but not limited to headcount, turnover, and other key performance indicators to facilitate talent management within the organization • Assist with data management needs of the HR department during cyclical events like Merit Increases, Bonus Processing, Performance Management, etc. • Support on going internal and external audits through fulfillment of data requests • Complete mandatory compliance reporting like EEO1 • Maintain HR, Payroll, Time & Labor and benefit related integrations and interfaces • Manage interface errors and identify and resolve root cause by partnering with various internal and external stake holders • Analyze large sets of data from disparate systems to identify integration and/or other system related issues and ensure data integrity across the HR ecosystem • Manage mass data loads and changes into the HR/Payroll environments • Create and maintain technical and procedural support documentation • Participate in testing when new update patches and/ or new releases with SAP HCM, ADP e-Time and Success Factors Your ProfileYour profile Our HRIS Analyst Requirements: • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business or other related field required. • Minimum 1-2 year(s) of experience in the HR Information Systems/HRIS field or related area required. • Interface experience (Outbound, Inbound, PO/PI, SFTP/FTP) including troubleshooting preferred. (i.e. requirements definition, understanding of downstream impacts, etc.) • HRIS/HCM/HRM reporting experience required. SAP HCM Infoset Query, Payroll Reconciliation, Wage Type reporter or Query Manager preferred. • HRIS/HR Systems administration experience preferred in one or more of the following: SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos and/or ADP • Experience troubleshooting HRIS system issues preferred. • Experience supporting Payroll preferred. • Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs and pivot tables) • Strong customer service orientation and effective organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
