    Job Description

Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD) is a new service offering from Microsoft. MMD delivers IT management as a service, taking responsibility for all aspects of modern IT management for our customers and blazing new paths into the future of IT management. Devices managed by MMD are more secure, more up-to-date, perform better, and have better battery life than traditionally managed devices. MMD is a startup. We move fast, we're scrappy, and we push the boundaries of what's possible.

Within MMD, the Core Services Process team delivers the infrastructure, tooling, and process automation that run MMD. The software we build ties services from across Microsoft into a single cohesive experience that allows the team to manage hundreds of different customer environments efficiently and safely.
