    Role Responsibility:

    Specific Duties and Essential Functions
    • Evaluate contract performance and compliance; review of contract; review of staffing levels; review training documents; interact with client management
    • Train employees to contract standards; review and understand training requirements; conduct training sessions; evaluate comprehension of material
    • Complete and process Payroll; Review Sign-in sheets daily; review payroll worksheets weekly; verify with local G4S office regarding receipt and submittal
    • Review invoicing and resolve issues; communicate with local G4S offices regarding discrepancies, rate changes, past due invoices; communicate with G4S billing department regarding resolution; communicate with client regarding resolution
    • Identify performance shortcomings and then develop and implement process or program solutions to address shortcomings; review and understand contract requirements and expectations; develop action plans
    • Conduct employee evaluations, counseling, and discipline; set and conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly staff meetings, and teleconferences; prepare and send emails, memos, letters; set and conduct meetings with key personnel within contract
    The Ideal Candidate:

    Education, Licenses and Certifications Required
    • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
    • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement, Corrections, Criminal Justice, Business or related field
    Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
    • Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a corporate security setting
    • Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing a uniformed security officer operation
    Skills Required
    • Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
    • Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
    • Effective oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively

    • Must be at least 18 years old as required by the client contractor, or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
    • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
    • Must be able and willing to travel with little to no advance notice
    • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
    • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
    • Upon acceptance of a job offer, must be able to pass the following:
      • MMPI - Psychological testing
      • Physical exam
    Physical Requirements and Environment

    Environment: Office; minimal to no work in extreme temperatures is expected

    Major activity: Working on PC while sitting; telephone use

    Physical efforts to carry out job duties: Limited, to include some standing, bending, light lifting, and limited stretching and reaching
