NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Will lead the creation, improvement and growth of world-class digital experiences in Beaverton, OR. Will define and execute the product vision and strategy, manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a product, and help identify market opportunities. Will define and execute a thorough roadmap and product priorities based on a strong understanding of consumer needs, insights and an even stronger handle on in-depth data analysis. Will organize resources appropriately to achieve business objectives. Will partner with executives across multiple functions to develop a cohesive product strategy, product roadmap, and ensure successful business outcomes. Will set the strategic direction for consumer products while developing a product roadmap in partnership with other business stakeholders. Will lead multiple product pods, each composed of multidisciplinary teams, with direct management over multiple product managers at all levels. Will enable teams to be successful by removing obstacles and developing strategic relationships throughout the business. Will create and effectively champion a data-driven and market-informed product vision and strategy that works in concert with the greater strategy. Will identify the strategic product implications and opportunities resulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives. Will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products from conception through launch. Will strategize and execute on growth initiatives in operating live products. Will develop a product feature and release roadmap based on business targets, in-depth data analysis, and a clear understanding of consumer needs. Will design project plans based on priorities, set clear and measurable objectives and deploy team resources appropriately to achieve business goals. Will write and consult on complex product specifications while accounting for design challenges and external dependencies. Will develop and measure product key performance indicators, derive key insights, and devise and execute experiments and multivariate tests to find product solutions. Will partner with Engineering, Creative and Program Management leaders throughout completion of milestones while connecting with brand marketing and analytics teams to deliver optimal results. Will promote cross-team and cross-organizational knowledge sharing through multiple forums, including user groups, tech talks, design reviews, internal blogs.
Education: Bachelor's degree business, management information systems, statistics, data science, or computer science. Will also accept a master's degree in in business, management information systems, statistics, data science, or computer science Experience: a bachelor's degree and five years of overall progressive experience in product management or business function experience at a top tier high tech company. Will also accept a masters degree and three years' experience in product management or business function experience at a top tier high tech company Skills/Requirements: 3 years of experience: (1) coordinating with engineers to understand technical documents to grow products; (2) using Agile methodology as a product owner; (3) create user stories to define the product requirements and to develop a technical roadmap; (4) gathering user requirements and creating product specification documents; (5) reading and analyzing software code from third party vendors; (6) statistical data science tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and R; (7) writing queries using SQL; (8) researching business profit and loss statements to ensure profitability; and (9) engaging in market research to create strategic assessments of the market and products.
