    Job Title: Production Control Clerk - Southeast Washington, DC.

    Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for an Production Control Clerk in Southeast Washington, DC. This position will compile and record production data for industrial establishment to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control and other aspects of production.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Daily:
    • Answer telephone calls and route calls to appropriate personnel
    • Service Calls (Dispatch procedures)
    • Log call on the Service Call Log
    • Dispatch the call within 5 minutes of receipt
    • Place service call on the technician clipboard
    • Service Calls (Close out procedures)
    • Hourly check the Completed Service Call Box
    • Close out the Completed Service Calls in Maximo
    • Stamp "Entered" on the Completed Service Call
    • Make a copy of the Completed Service Call
    • File the copy for CE
    • Preventative Maintenance Work Order completions
    • Every two hours check the Completed P/M Box
    • Close out the Completed P/M in Maximo
    • Stamp "Entered" on the Completed P/M
    • File the Completed P/M appropriately
    • Pick up mail, sort, and distribute
    • Maintain parking calendar for Loading Dock
    • Deliver parking changes to PM
    • Assist office staff as necessary and other assigned duties
    • At the end of each day generate a Daily Service Call Report and place a copy in each of the Leads boxes
    Qualifications:
    • Must have 3 years of experience performing similar duties, preferably on a facilities maintenance contract.
    • Proficient in MAXIMO and MS Office.
    • Unless a higher degree is specified in this job posting, all positions require a minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED
    • Must possess a TS-SCI security clearance with poly.
