    JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    The Department of Biology, in the Eberly College of Science, has an ongoing need for part-time Student Assistants to provide support to various Biology course overseen by Teaching Professor Denise Woodward during the academic year. Course assistants will help faculty organize coursework, explain biology concepts to students, and hold office hours and/or review sessions.

    Applications must be submitted electronically, and at a minimum must include the completed online application form. Preference will be given to full-time registered Penn State students. Applications will be received on an ongoing basis and reviewed as the need arises.

    CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS:

    Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
